  March 19, 2018 - Bordeaux 2015 in bottle (Zurich Arvi / Singapore UGCB): Restraint bouquet, classic Medoc aromas of underbush, blackberry. The mid palate struggles to deliver real sophistication though. I often wonder what kind of wine you could make at this estate if you were to pull all levers. Solid but not among the best today.
