  March 21, 2018 - Beautiful Shiraz, med body, decant one hour. minerals, coffee, vanilla and right acidity to carry the body. med+ finishing.

  3/27/18, 1:46 PM - I have mine cellar'd at 14-15 degrees under my house away from light so i should be fine. You always get an odd bad bottle but it's rare. I may decide to open it in 5 years but i'll see how i feel over time & if more people open theirs i can see how it's developing as well :D
