8/2/18, 12:53 AM - Hi Truenorh! I recently made a similar experience with an unrewarding 2005 Bosconia (and so did Honest Bob), so I don't think it is off-bottles as Chris and you suggest. I draw the same conclusion as Honest Bob - forget in the cellar for at least five years and see if the pieces come together with time... Have you been able to return your bottles?
