  June 1, 2018 - Flashing Paris; 5/31/2018-6/3/2018 (Paris - France): Still present that rustic note so characteristic. Fully meaty, with a pointed yet smoky sensation.
  Acid and medium-bodied on the palate. It has elegance in front of its peers although do not expect a GC quality here. Even so and being very young, surely the best Fixin that I tasted ever.
  
  Conserva en esa nota rústica tan característica. Plenamente cárnico, con una sensación puntiaguda y ahumada.
  Ácido y de cuerpo medio al paladar. Tiene elegancia frente a sus pares aunque no esperes un GC aquí. Aun así y siendo muy joven, seguramente el mejor Fixin que he podido probar.

  6/1/18, 12:37 PM - Its prime? According with that high acidity at least five years. In my view if every element integrate adequately this Fixin gonna be a gem in 2025 or so.
