Immediately upon pouring: Aromatics are much better than the drink. You can smell this from 6 feet away and its red candy and cream, once your nose is in the glass everything shuts down though. In the drink, a rock solid core of eucalyptus, strawberry rhubarb pie filling and braised beef, unfortunately some drying effects and some bitterness that seems to be fading.
After 20 minutes in the glass, everything coming together very quickly, red berry fruit and glycerin taking center stage. Bitterness receding. Covering it up to check in on tomorrow,12,299 views

6/28/18, 2:41 PM - Day 2, not much improved, this wine is polished, savory, but doesn't have any electricity, it doesn't move at this point. The finish is long and somewhat dumb. The real attraction here is the perfume still, just really intoxicating red creamy fruit, it actually smells like some crazy flower that has notes of jelly doughnuts.
