  August 25, 2018 - Colour is still young. Aromas show noticeable oak, with some earthy truffle notes and dark cherries. Palate is smooth and well-balanced, as long as one doesn’t mind a bit of oak. This wine is delicious. It is also quite rich, so be sure to pair it with a dish with enough flavour to match it.
