  September 18, 2018 - A stunner. Impeccably balanced, as fresh as it was the day it was bottled. So righteously balanced that it could easily accompany a roast goose or pheasant, dove, or other wild fowl. Rich, but light on its feet, this packs a caressingl wallop with dry extract of pineapple, chirimoya, coconut creme, and macadamia on the finish. Reminiscent of the more ethereal vintages of D'Yquem.
