September 20, 2018 - A very nice, easy-going Champagne, with lemon and quince notes dominating. Some decent mousse/crema, with a bit of brioche and vanilla on the tail end. Softer edges, which makes for really easy drinking. Not the best firework show in the universe, but a perfect bubbly to finish out the day. Hell, it was served with homemade Macarons at the St. Regis in Bora Bora, so who’s complaining?!
