  September 28, 2018 - This was the fifth wine as part of the Champagne flight for the Charleston off-line.
  Served with low country shrimp boil with white shrimp, artisanal sausage and corn on the cob - wonderful pairing with some great aged champagnes.
  
  Beautiful salmon color with flavors of peach, orange peel and vanilla. Good complexity and acidity. Not as complex as some of the other aged sparklers that night, but a very nice bottle.
