  October 25, 2018 - This is just a gorgeous wine. From 375, lavender, bacon and white pepper on the nose. Beautifully textured on the palate, still quite young and tannic, but loads of blueberry fruit, structure and meaty pepper. Still tannic and young, but this is going to age into something spectacular.
