October 26, 2018 - 80% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec, & 10% Petit Verdot, yielding 2.2 tons/acre, & grown in varied soils @ 3000-5000 ft; Fermented for 22 days in oak barrels @ 84.2 °F, punched down & delestage 30 days; Aged in 225 L FR & AM oak barrels (35% new) for 18 mos, then 12 mos in bottle.
