  October 27, 2018 - Just a bit surly and cranky at the minute to my taste - all of the earthy-type elements (olives, brine, bacon) are here in spades but the fruit is taking a back seat and the palate is dominated by acidity. Better with food - specifically a pan-fried pork chop with loads of fat - but I thought this might show more development at age 11 and wonder if the fruit will ever get to a point where it balances out the acidity.
