November 1, 2018 - Juicy and smooth and chock full of red fruits. More sweet red berry than the blackberry dominant Zinfandels we’re used to.
We went from “just one glass” to “that bottle went quickly” in no time.
Paired with buttermilk-thyme-rosemary soaked pork shoulder from the grill.

11/2/18, 7:46 AM - lol....that's the problem with the really good zins, they disappear quickly into thin air! My wife bought a bottle of 'Zynphomaniac' zin because she thought the label was really cool. The wine was an undrinkable mess of smokey barrel char, stewed plum and more char. I've never made a wine in my life but I sure could have beaten that one! There are literally thousands of zinz out there and so many of them are crap just like the one above, but the good ones, are so very good!
