January 9, 2019 - I don't usually decant a zin but this one is weird on opening with a fizzy cola sensation in the mouth up front. 2 hours in and this is just a very nice, smooth spicy peppery red fruited beauty. I think people are missing out if you don't give this one some air.

November 1, 2018 - Juicy and smooth and chock full of red fruits. More sweet red berry than the blackberry dominant Zinfandels we’re used to.
We went from “just one glass” to “that bottle went quickly” in no time.
Paired with buttermilk-thyme-rosemary soaked pork shoulder from the grill.
