  December 1, 2018 - Tight and wound up at first. Popped and poured-no decant. Would have benefited from a decant. After about 1 hour, really began to open up and show its personality. Truly a Bordeaux style wine, with a very old world feeling to it. Dark looking with lots of red fruits on the nose. Tannins were still present but not so gripping. Finish was long lasting and had hints of cherry and tobacco in it. Definitely and enjoyable wine. This vintage has many more years of cellaring. A Coravined bottle previously.
