  December 2, 2018 - Beautiful Hunter Shiraz at the beginning of its drinking window. Lovely balance, still some clean primary fruit on nose and palate but it has softened with age and has a lovely mouthfeel that just lingers on. It will likely get better but this would depend on you personal preference. It will gain some weight I suspect but it is in a great place right now. Drink over next 8-10 years.
