  December 16, 2018 - Simply wonderful. An eye-popping nose gave way to a soft supple pallet. This is drinking so well now, but it is not hard to imagine in continuing to evolve and improve (?!?) for another 5+ years. Thrilled to have drunk this now, but we will hold our other two bottles for a few more years.
