  January 1, 2019 - What a beautiful *pop* of the cork! This wine was pale gold with beautiful and plentiful bubbles. It had high acidity and aromas of butyric acid (very mild) and peaches. On the palate it was flowery and included some citrus, pear, and yellow apple. It had a nice, long finish that included a bit of raisin. I would definitely buy this again.
