January 6, 2019 - After a two hour decant, still closed. Massive acidic structure. Poured half back into the bottle, corked and left in fridge for 40 hours. Wow - really blossomed. Juicy red cherry and rose/floral are lifted by the acidity and supported by a tannic bite on the finish. Very unique - like a Burgundy/Barolo hybrid.
