  January 6, 2019 - After a two hour decant, still closed. Massive acidic structure. Poured half back into the bottle, corked and left in fridge for 40 hours. Wow - really blossomed. Juicy red cherry and rose/floral are lifted by the acidity and supported by a tannic bite on the finish. Very unique - like a Burgundy/Barolo hybrid.

  1/6/19, 4:00 PM - I agree on the hybrid. So floral like a Nebbiolo, but then all this juicy fruit. Definitely a unique wine but I enjoyed it
