  January 15, 2019 - Wow, this is such a great bottle of chablis. Captivating electric nose, super bright notes of lemon, lime, sweet grapefruit, no funk with such a nice intriguing note of sweet chantilly perfumed with exotic Tahiti vanilla. A lot going on the palate with great acid core, mid palate is terrific with super detailed mineral profile sailing on and on and on. Captivating wine pairing well with salmon tartare.
