  January 15, 2019 - Popped on Christmas eve with aged herbs fed beef filet. In the perfect drinking spot, absolutely fantastic dark fruits aromas of cassis, blueberry and black cherry dancing through cigar box, sandalwood and new leather secondary notes. Tannins are silky smooth, cylindric mouthfeel and persisting ending. Great great bottle in perfect shape.
