  January 27, 2019 - Sour cherries, roses on the nose. The palate is on the sour cherries, but this is complemented by a velvety texture that can only come from aggressive tannins that had time to dissolve. The finish manages to balance the brutish 14.5% alcohol and the still noticeable tannins with a good amount of acidity. This is a bottle that could age another 5 to 10 years easily.
