February 3, 2019 - Tasted blind, this wine had a deep purple/red center with reddish rims. Clearly, this still looked rather young. The medium+ intensity nose showed black cherries, red dust, and some honey.
In the mouth, this wine was rich and ripe with rounded tannin, good acidity, and nice length.
I wonder how long this bottle was open and if it would have showed more if given more air. I tasted a wine that was very nice but not particularly special.1 person found this helpful 2,296 views
