    2/10/19, 9:04 PM - What do you think about for timing- how long would you wait before opening one? While you are not ready to rate- would it fall as of today on the 90s or to primary now? Thank you

    2/11/19, 7:57 AM - You could open one now, and it might be an interesting experiment if you have a few more stashed away. If so, I would definitely give it several hours of air. I think a more optimal window might be in 3-4 years.

    If rating purely as of today, I'd say about 92. The first hour was, to my palette, quite red-fruited. After about an hour, it took on some earth floor-type flavors and maybe a hint of graphite.

    Like I said, it was enjoyable. But it's nowhere near what it will become.
