February 12, 2019 - Raúl Pérez⎮La Vizcaina & Ultreia: 13.5% - Hazy, deep ruby / clean, med+ intensity - blackberry, balsamic reduction, riper fruit than the other cru from Vizcaina / dry, med to low acidity, med resolved tannin, med+ body, med+ intensity, med length. Felt warmer and less elegant than the other cru from La Vizcaina, but still a pretty good wine. I'm sure it would be much better with food having in mind a some roasted lamb or roasted game meat.
