  March 11, 2019 - Medium ruby with transparency. Aromas of cherry, pomegranate, tar, rubber, and a little rose petal. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of cherry, pomegranate, lemon, orange peel, flowers, and a little barrel spice. Though not tannic, it still strikes me as a little young. I'm going to hold for another year or two before trying again.
