  March 21, 2019 - I kept hoping this would open up, but it never really did, even after two hours. Maintains its acidity, but fruit stays muted. Soft, easy drinking but it does seem dried out. This bottle was a year or two past it’s prime, but good with a simply roasted pork tenderloin. Drink up.

  3/22/19, 7:02 AM - I too have had better bottles in the last year; I’m chalking this one off to bottle variation. The bottle was a gift, and may have been stored warm for too long.
