  April 5, 2019 - Good wine, but it felt at a slighly odd place at the moment of opening. Given that 2011 is a poor vintage, I was hoping that a top notch terroir like Les Saint-Georges would shine through. It does, in a way, but not as much as I thought. I would recommend keep this one for another 3 years, or give it adequate decanter time (at least a full hour) before drinking.
