    May 29, 2019 - Exploring french whites with seafood in Oleron island: Blind tasting for my guests. Decanted one hour. The nose is seducing, masculin, with its animal flavours accompagnied with smoke and super ripe big cherry juice (bigarreau type we have un provence in June).
    Obvious difference beetween the expression of the nose and the mouth: palate is strict, the fruits are closed, but with a strong structure: acidity, nice tannins, and good bitterness. Some tasters found that it's a bit edgy. Not my opinion, i'm sure it is a transitional period. Will see in five years...
