  June 16, 2019 - Almost perfect - at least the best wine that I have ever tasted. But like surfers, I am always searching for that "prefect wave" (that probably never comes!) so leaving room for a higher score just in case! :-) Gave it only one hour of air in the decanter and then consumed over another 2 hours. Another reviewer of this wine a few months ago recommended that if you had several bottles of this wine that you really should try one now. Glad I did. Great treat for Fathers Day.
