  July 16, 2019 - A rather elegant and feminin Pinot Noir from Burgundy. Nose develops with air but lacks intensity for a higher rating: classical red fruit nose with some strawberry and cherry but also some spices. Good but not very good texture. Medium+ tannins balanced by great acidity. Fruit-driven and elegant taste that lacks length and intensity for a higher rating. A good wine but when taking price into consideration questionable. Drank during 2h so maybe needs more air and or time to mature.
