July 30, 2019 - The nose was dark and wild mix with of both sweet and savory spices, peppery herbs, hints of olive and black fruits. On the palate, I found soft, lifted textures, offset by mineral-infused black fruits, peppery spice, cooling herbal tones and slow mounting tannins. The finish was long with staining black fruits, minerals and spice, as resonating acids tingled on the senses, tapering off to reveal fine tannins.
