  August 10, 2019 - Decanted and was not served to cold, this showed both energy and freshness as was expected but also a complex, more nuanced bouquet of aromas that included some spice notes, herbal notes and of course some apples and lemons but more in the earl grey sense (on the nose that is). Palate was more creamy than I remember but would I have to choose one word to describe it would still be fresh. It has changed quite a bit in only a couple of years, and was equally good now as then, just different expression and showing.
  
  Great stuff on its own and with some tarragon and butter and garlic braised chicken.
