  August 31, 2019 - Deep ruby color. Aromatics of damson plum & currant, cedar, leather, menthol, allspice berries. Rich and intense on the attack, leading with succulent blue fruits and showing crushed stone and consistent cigar box and spice notes from the aromatics. Ample weight and depth in the middle, with round fleshy structure, nicely complimentary acidity, and polish to the tannins, finishes with solid length and notes of spicy fruit with with a touch of heat. Very nice. Late primary stage - open and drinking well. Drink/hold.
