September 12, 2019 - Open for action. Lovely nose, cherry and the fresh fruit of beaujolais, lingering right up till the end. Tried the benchmark Foillard Cote de py 2017 the night after, and found it way of in comparrison. Perhaps unfair comparring as the Foillard is not ready to go, but confirming the quality of the Balagny. Had one bottle last year, and this one was superior, more pronounced. Congrats Julie!

5/26/20, 12:48 AM - Had the last one of the three. Scents Nature wine from the bottle. More intense cherry drops this time, but did not get the complexity towards the end as i remembered from the last bottle.
