  September 24, 2019 - Excellent. Some strong animal odours that blew off after 1 hour in the decanter. Progressed from there over the following two hours. Dark berries, cedar, wet stone, some mushrooms and light herbs. Slightly austere. Medium length finish. Would not leave any longer before drinking.
