Autumnal promenade in a forest and walking through its beautiful and poetic scents, that's is what you have in the glass. Actually the nose is simply gorgeous with splendid dried rose petals and no need to sniff as the superb aromas comes out of the glass with its own poetry and you are simply drawn to it as if looking at a gorgeous landscape. We had this with simply grilled Song i mushroom known as Shiitake mushroom in Japanese and the match was simply divine. The ideal taste and texture with this gorgeous wine with its multiple layers of flavors and aromas. Life is beautiful indeed. Cheers,
