  November 26, 2019 - Opened in the bottle for 4-5 hours. Classily styled but just not getting the structure or flair to fully elevate it. Cherries, plums, dried herbs, mint, olive brine, and damp earth. Texturally dense but still medium bodied. Yes it reminds me of a California take on Bordeaux but doesn’t have the same tannic structure. Very nice still for drinking it this early. Plenty of upside.
