  December 9, 2019 - This is lovely but I'd resist the urge to open further bottles. Very bold, gamey, leathery expression of classic Rioja. Plenty of concentration and crunchy tannins yet good acidity, alcohol and oak are there for sure but not overwhelming. It's drinking OK but should be much better in 3 to 5 years. If you were to drink it today, give it a good decant a few hours in advance.
