  January 12, 2020 - Last time it was an off bottle (to say the least), probably due to bacterial activity.
  This time it shone like a star. Well balanced, well integrated tannins, delicious and complex. Of the two bottles one was slightly more fine-structured and the other slightly more powerful, yet the differences were very subtle.
  Perfect match with quail and onion sauce.
