  January 25, 2020 - Rich Pinot Noir on the nose and palate, much fuller bodied than I would have anticipated for 3.5 g/L dosage. Strawberry and raspberry with green and red apple, meyer lemon, berry preserves on a buttered croissant. Plenty of acidity and overall delicious if perhaps a bit clipped on the finish.
