  At first the wine comes off pretty tight still, but with a bit of time in the glass and some warming, the edges round off. The fruit is more towards the tart blackberry than the plum that others have mentioned. Little bit of cocoa is a nice counterpoint. Nice elegant old school CA cab. Paired nicely with the Ribeye.
