  January 31, 2020 - Decent NV Champagne. Not as toasty as I'd been lead to believe. Vintage 2015, disgorged 2019.
  It's a pretty decent glass of wine, slightly oxidative, but not as full as Bollinger. I'll see if I can seek out some bottles with more maturation on the lees.

  1/31/20, 6:44 PM - I'm worried that standards might be on the slide at CH. My most recent bottle had only 3 years on the lees. In the past I've had bottles with 7 year son the lees.
