  December 25, 2019 - Christmas eve dinner. Opend 2hours in advance, decanted. Needed air as opend up nicely. Black and bold, fruit and Wood present. Still Young and Long live ahead. Opend prob. 5 years too early.
  There is moderate sediment in the bottle which surprised for its age. It smells like blackberry, blueberry, red currant, black currant (cassis), forest floor and toast.
