  February 20, 2020 - For ten years, this bottle has nestled in my cellar, waiting for its debut. With a brilliant Italian meal prepared by my wife, this was the perfect accompaniment. An hour after opening, it was ready. Dark purple in the glass, with almost opaque glow, and massive legs. On the nose, harvest berries and earthy undertones. On the palate, huge presence and multiple waves of deep, luscious fruits. Long finish with gorgeous and substantial tannins. Notes of cacao on the very end. Altogether, this is where Massive Meets Lovely. Well worth the wait.
