Community Tasting Note

February 20, 2020 - Not bad - has a little of that Burgundian barnyard on the nose.

Lighter-bodied on the palate, with good acidity. More red-fruited than black. Drinking well, but also feels like it has time in front of it.

2/22/20, 5:30 PM - A day 2 glass of this about 48 hours after it was opened, and that barnyard aspect may be even more noticeable now - I don't mind it, but you have to enjoy a little funk. This is lively on the palate, with good acidity and persistence.

I don't read a lot of notes on 2006 Burgs, but this is drinking very well right now.
