11/2/20, 12:50 PM - Thanks you very much for your 2015 report, it has been really helpful for us. We just went to Bruno Dalmazio and bought all wine that you marked as highly recommended. Also went to Tenuta le Potazzine in order to buy directly from them (BD had no bottles of them). We tried le Potazzine and wow... best Brunello tried during our 3 days trip. Sutil, complex, tons of layers... Bought a magnum to cellar it for 10 years. Do you plan to taste the 2016 vintage soon? Looking forward your coments, we tried few samples and found the 2016 more elegant. Keep me posted if you do!

    11/2/20, 1:35 PM - nice to hear!

The 2016s are released to the world's press during Benvenuto Brunello in mid-February each year. As it stands now, my three months trip begins 28 January, and I'll taste them at that time ... Covid-19 rules depending

3/29/21, 7:40 AM - Tim, I don't see this wine in the "highly recommended" category of your wine blog 2015 Brunello report. Does it have a another name? I assumed it was a wine you didn't taste until I came across this comment.

3/29/21, 8:47 AM - yup, it's there https://italianwine.blog/2020/03/13/which-2015-brunello-is-for-you/ - though I had to check, lol. Even one VHR.

3/29/21, 10:17 AM - Crazy, I just looked again and I do not see it. I see one VHR (Salvioni) and 15 HR's. Oh well, I see Le Potazzine here so that works.
