  March 3, 2020 - From split. I get a case of 24 splits every 2-4 years and this is the first bottle from a new case. Definitely Bollinger style. Golden color with rich notes of ripe apple, biscuits, white stone fruits with a yeasty finish. Fine mousse, and a bit creamy. Always nice.
