  March 6, 2020 - Served blind - funnily second time in about a month I had this in the glass blind. I felt this time the wine was fresher and fleshier still. The Sommelier served this in the narrower Zalto Universal which made sense after knowing what it was. I made sure the wine showed some good concentration and not coming across as diluted. Wouldn't have guessed 04 vintage here, it's quite remarkable for the level and vintage for sure.
