  March 23, 2020 - This needed about 2 hours in decanter to open up. Last sip was the best. Smelled and tasted great when first popped but then closed up immediately before emerging two hours later. Beautiful nose. Loved the herbal anise, sous bois flavours and rich red fruit Very, very good. In a great spot right now if you have the time to let it open up.
